Notable Professional Achievement: “In 2017, I obtained a unanimous decision from the Alabama Supreme Court that altered the interpretation of the Alabama Guest-Passenger Statute.”
Life Mantra: “I’ve never known a man worth his salt who in the long run, deep down in his heart, didn’t appreciate the grind, the discipline.”
How Would Friends, Family & Colleagues Describe You: “[They would describe me as] competitive, passionate, and focused.”
Even before he began his career as an attorney in 2013, Bart Siniard had spent much of his time in the offices of Siniard, Timberlake & League. And although his younger self may not have understood all of the details then, he was able to recognize the hard work his father, and other professionals in the office, levied on behalf of injured clients. After leaving for college, he always knew that he’d return home to represent the people of the Tennessee Valley. He was firm in his choice then and remains so today.
Professionally, Bart’s first priority is always showing up as someone who will advocate and fight for those who can’t advocate and fight for themselves. Likewise, he is an active member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association; the Alabama State Bar Association; the American Association for Justice; and the University of Alabama Alumni Association. His participation in this particular set of professional organizations helps strengthen his ability to provide the best for his clients and remain aware of their most pressing legal needs. His hard work is evidenced by his designation as a “Super Lawyers Rising Star” for the Mid-South region in both 2017 and 2018.
When he has a bit of spare time, Bart enjoys playing the guitar, traveling, and all things related to the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). And when he’s looking for inspiration, he can usually find it within the lines of Rudyard Kipling’s “If”.
Bart is married to Emily Randolph Siniard, who is a transactional attorney. The two have a young daughter named Vivian.
